How a job works
Every Job Starts the Same Way
Send the print, or describe the part if there is no drawing. Tell us which process the job needs, how many parts there are, and the date you want them back. We quote from that, by email, and the date goes on the quote instead of being figured out later.
Prices depend on which services a part requires, so we quote each job instead of publishing a rate card. Minimum fees work the same way. It is a slower answer than a price list, and a more accurate one: a job with masking and a job without are not the same work and should not carry the same cost.

Once the quote is accepted, parts come to us on your truck or ours. We rack, run, inspect, and pack. Parts go back the way they arrived. Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 days on our dock. If you need something faster, say so on the request and we will expedite as fast as same day.
What We Do Not Run
We do not run painting, powder coating, black oxide, electroless nickel plating, or hard chrome plating, and we anodize machined aluminum only, not steel and not titanium. If your part needs one of those processes after it leaves us, we will tell you straight and hand the part back on schedule so your next vendor is not the one waiting on us.

How Your Parts Move Through the Building
Parts arrive at the dock, get logged against your order, and go straight to the racking bench. Racking is where finish quality is actually decided, because current has to reach every surface and solution has to drain off every feature, so it gets done by Phillip and Shane, not by whoever is free.
From there the batch runs the line: clean, etch, anodize, dye if the print calls for color, and seal. Quality control checks the batch through the process rather than waiting until the end, which is the difference between catching a problem on one rack and finding it on all of them.
Finished parts are inspected against the print and packed the way they arrived. Ronnie checks quality through the process, and Charlie handles getting them back out the door on your truck or ours. Four moves, one building, 3 to 5 days.
