Anodizing Pickup and Delivery, 100 Miles Out
Our trucks cover a 100 mile radius of Paoli: Indianapolis, Bloomington, Columbus, Louisville, Evansville, and Terre Haute. Your parts move on our schedule so they never wait on yours.
How it works
Route Service Instead of Freight
Inside the radius, we collect parts from your dock, run them in Paoli, and bring them back finished. That turns Anodizing from a shipping project into a standing route. No crating for a carrier, no dock appointments, no parts sitting three days in a terminal at each end while the clock you promised your own customer runs down.
It also removes a category of damage. Machined aluminum handled by a driver who knows the parts are the cargo arrives differently from machined aluminum on a pallet in a mixed load. Over a year of repeat work, that difference is not small.
Outside the radius, parts ship in and out nationally and the turnaround is identical once they reach our dock. What changes is that the transit time in each direction becomes yours to plan around instead of ours. We take national work and we are straightforward about the trade: the Anodizing takes the same 3 to 5 days either way, but a shop in Ohio is planning around freight in a way a shop in Bloomington is not.
Every service line runs for route customers and shipping customers identically. Type II Anodizing, Hard Coat, Color Work, and Alodine Chem Film all move through the same tanks on the same schedule, and masking and assembly is quoted the same way wherever the parts came from.
The six cities below are the legs we run regularly, but the radius is a circle, not six dots. If your shop sits between two of them, or you are not sure whether an address falls inside the hundred miles, call and ask. It is a ten second answer and we would rather give it than have you assume you are out of reach.
