THE LINE · PAOLI, INDIANA01 / Mil-spec work
The callouts we run.
Both anodize types under MIL-A-8625, chemical conversion under MIL-DTL-5541, and the NASA/JSC PRC process specifications.
02 / How sourcing works
From solicitation to finished parts.
Send the drawing package and the process callouts and we quote from them, the same as any commercial job. Standard turnaround is 3 to 4 days with expedites as fast as same day, which matters when a delivery order is compressing your schedule. A note for spec readers: on hard coat, non-sealed anodic coating provides the best wear resistance, while sealing improves corrosion protection. If the callout is ambiguous, we will flag it before we run, not after.
Specification texts for MIL-A-8625 and MIL-DTL-5541 are published on the government's ASSIST library at quicksearch.dla.mil. Entity information is on SAM.gov under our UE ID.
