Investing in a Small Town to Create Big Opportunities
We value educational and future-life-oriented projects, and we put the shop to work on them.
That means plant tours for school-age students, hands-on days at the racks, and winter gear drives with area schools. Most kids in a town this size have never stood inside a working production line. Fixing that costs us an afternoon and occasionally changes what somebody thinks they are allowed to do for a living.

Three Ways the Shop Shows Up Locally
None of this is complicated and none of it is new. It is the same three things every year, done properly, with whoever wants to take part.
If you teach, coach, or run a program in the Paoli area and you want your students to see what modern manufacturing actually looks like, get in touch. The tours are free, the questions are encouraged, and somebody always wants to try the crane.
Recent visits have paired a plant tour with hands-on racking, which is the part students remember, because it is the moment the process stops being a video and becomes something they did with their hands. Racking is also genuinely skilled work rather than a demonstration, so what they are learning on is the same bench our own people use.
The winter gear drive with area schools runs every year as the weather turns, alongside Amazon and the schools themselves. It is a small town and the need is not abstract; the schools know exactly which coats are needed and in what sizes, so the shop's job is mostly to say yes and then follow through.
None of this is marketing for the business. Nobody buying Anodizing services chooses a vendor because of a school tour. We do it because Matthew and Kendall grew up here, their kids go to school here, and a manufacturing job in a town this size is worth showing to somebody who has not considered one.
